Lead-free Antiferroelectric AgNbO3

Prof. Dr. Jing-Feng Li School of Materials Science and Engineering Tsinghua University, China

Prof. Jing-Feng Li is a Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University, a visiting professor at Tohoku University (since 2021), a fellow of the American Ceramic Society, and also the deputy director of Tsinghua University-Toyota Research Centre. Before joining Tsinghua University as a full professor in 2002, he was an associate professor Tohoku University. He is leading a research group working on lead-free ferroelectric ceramics for piezoelectric and energy storage applications, piezoelectric films for MEMS applications, thermoelectric materials and microdevices for energy conversion, and MEMS-based microfabrication processing. He has published more than 500 SCI-indexed papers (H-index 78), 35 patents, and 3 books.
